Angel Profiles is a service of Go.org Corporation ("Go.org," "we," "us"). By using angelprofiles.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
We help business owners and people starting a business put corporate structure, banking relationships and business credit profiles in place, and plan funding in rounds. We are not a lender, we don't make credit decisions and we don't arrange loans on our own terms. We don't offer credit repair and we don't remove or change items on anyone's credit reports. We don't give legal, tax or accounting advice; for those, talk to a licensed professional.
Information on this site
Articles, guides and examples on this site are general education. They aren't advice for your situation and aren't an offer of any product or credit. We work to keep them accurate, but rules, programs and lender requirements change.
The Business Funding Score
The score is an educational estimate based only on the answers you give. It is not a credit score, it doesn't come from a credit bureau, it doesn't affect your credit, and it isn't an approval, a prequalification or an offer of funding.
No guarantees
Every lender, bank and program makes its own decisions on approval, amounts and terms. We don't promise any approval, amount, rate, timeline or result.
Paid services
Any service we provide for a fee is covered by a separate written agreement that you sign. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement controls.
Third parties
Lenders, banks, credit bureaus, grant and free money programs, and other providers set their own terms and eligibility rules. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their decisions or services.
Your responsibilities
- Give true and accurate information, and only your own.
- Don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works or try to reach parts of it not meant for you.
- Don't copy or republish the site's content without our written permission.

The site's text, design and graphics belong to Go.org Corporation. Angel Profiles is a name used by Go.org Corporation.
Disclaimer and limits
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, Go.org is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site or relying on its content. Our Disclaimer is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
